Exterior repaint of a low-rise residential building on Tweedsmuir Avenue, built to stand up to Ottawa winters.
The brief
The low-rise building at 523 Tweedsmuir Avenue needed its entrance and exterior trim refreshed and protected against Ottawa’s freeze-thaw winters.
What we did
We washed down the surfaces, scraped back failing areas and spot-primed, then re-coated the entrance, soffits, fascia and trim — sealing everything so it sheds water and stays sharp.
The result
A clean, well-kept exterior that lifts the whole building’s curb appeal.
