Refreshing Tamir Foundation’s resident suites — with zero disruption
Room-by-room interior repaint for an Ottawa non-profit residence, scheduled around the people living there.
The brief
Tamir, an Ottawa non-profit that runs supportive homes, needed tired resident suites brightened up — without disrupting the people living in them. The work had to happen around residents, with dust, odour and downtime kept to a minimum.
What we did
We worked one suite at a time: protected belongings and floors, patched and sanded, cut clean lines, and rolled walls, ceilings, doors, trim and baseboards in low-odour, durable finishes. Each room was cleaned up and handed back the same day.
The result
Bright, clean, calm rooms — delivered on schedule with no disruption to residents or staff.
