Our story
HEIMS Construction started with a brush and a standard. Since 2017 we've grown into one of Ottawa's go-to painting contractors for property managers, condo boards, general contractors and homeowners across the region.
Most of our work happens in buildings that can't close: occupied condo towers, busy offices, schools on a summer clock, institutional spaces with real people in them. That shaped how we work — low-VOC products, phased and after-hours scheduling, tidy crews, and the documentation a board or owner needs on file before we start.
We're as comfortable repainting a fourteen-floor corridor as a family's living room. What stays the same is the discipline underneath: the prep nobody sees, the written scope nobody has to argue about, and a single accountable contact from the first walk-through to the final sign-off.
