Most of our work is in occupied condos, offices and institutions. We phase the work, use low-VOC products and keep corridors, lobbies and exits usable so the building keeps running.
Are you insured and WSIB-cleared?
Yes — $10M liability insurance and current WSIB clearance, with documentation provided to your board or owner before work begins.
How fast can we get a quote?
We'll walk the building with you and send a clear, detailed written quote — typically within a few business days, sooner for time-sensitive tenders.
Can you work around our reserve-fund or budget cycle?
Yes. We quote to a defined spec so it slots cleanly into reserve-fund planning, AGM timing and capital budgets, and we can stage larger scopes across seasons.
