PaidYet (the app) is a freelancer invoice follow-up and reminder tool published by HEIMS. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: PaidYet stores your data on your device and does not collect, transmit, or sell it.
Information we collect. PaidYet does not require an account and does not collect personal information on our servers. The invoices, client names, amounts, due dates, notes, and message templates you enter are stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to them.
Notifications. With your permission, PaidYet schedules local reminders on your device to help you follow up on invoices. These reminders are generated on-device and are not sent through our servers.
Subscriptions and payments. PaidYet offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (PaidYet Premium). Purchases and renewals are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive or store your payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
Third parties and tracking. PaidYet does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not share your data with third parties because we do not collect it.
Data retention and deletion. Because your data is stored only on your device, you control it. Deleting an item in the app removes it, and deleting the app removes all associated data from your device.
Children. PaidYet is intended for users 17 and older and is not directed to children.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new last-updated date.
